• Successfully established and managed a technical call center department with concept of the company to generate more revenue based on client’s incoming calls for providing them with resolutions on technical troubleshooting which generated over $1.8m in fifteen months.
• Implemented and managed infrastructure projects of oversea data & call center which involved capacity planning, hardware upgrades, new technical support requirements, telecommunications, help desk support, and client/user enrichment.
• Developed a Business module for offering new WI-FI broadband access solution services to overseas market. I developed a proposal that encompassed all aspects of the telecommunica-tions products and hardware that the company could offer its client/end users, which generated over $2,300.000 during the first two year of business operations in Europe & Africa.
• Lead project implementation of the corporate Ethernet Network upgrade and Implemented Infrastructure plan that Increased the corporate network Bandwidth speed/accessibility for both LAN/WAN by over 100% from 10/100MB to a well robust Corporate Ethernet Network Infrastructure of 100/1.00GB.
• Successfully managed the implementation of the designed of a 5000 square foot Data center built out from the start to finish. Also, oversaw the management of IT projects within the call center project built out.
• Recommended to the senior management the solution of upgraded corporate infrastructure by negotiating T2 & T3 pipe line to increase corporate Bandwidths for faster connectivity.
• Successfully leveraged the company technology purchases by renegotiated with the vendor for better deal in order to get the better prices.
